In 2012 I visited San Francisco for my project: From Gutenberg to Zuckerberg (yes, the original badass-media-entrepreneur invented the printing press in my cozy hometown Mainz) and one of the first places I visited was the startup weekend at Devbootcamp. I knew that a startup weekend is the place to go, since I had been at one in Germany and it was a great starting point.
